
HR Specialist
- Being part of HR Operations team that is responsible for full range of HR administration and Payroll
- Answering HR and payroll related employee queries
- Supporting local HR projects (HR system implementation, Process development, preparing HR materials, etc.)
- Following up local law changes (labor code, payroll, fringe benefit, etc.)
- Reporting tasks
- Co-work continuously with CEO and director level
- Making sure all HR processes meet local legal requirements
Elvárások / Requirements
- Relevant work experience in HR (minimum 3 years)
- Knowledge of Hungarian work legislation and HR administration practices
- Advanced command of English & Hungarian language
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good planning and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive, enthusiastic, very trustful manner
- Modern international thinking
