Pozíció leírása / Job description

On behalf of our multinational pharmaceutical partner, who make a positive difference in millions of people’s lives, we are looking for an HR SPECIALIST to join their HR team in Budapest. Your role would be to support the whole employee lifecycle (appr. 120 employees), managing the employee’s profiles, job-related documents, and providing the monthly payroll data to the external provider. If you have at least 1-2 years of experience in HR as an assistant or coordinator or a trainee and speak fluent English, we would like to hear from you!

  • Preparation and modification of job-related documents (e.g. employment contracts, job descriptions)
  • Management of joiner and leaver employees profiles and documents
  • Supporting the administration of flexi benefit system
  • Providing internal reports 
  • Maintenance of the T&A registration system, update of master data
  • Supporting the payroll-related matters with the external provider
  • Supporting the HR Head in implementing corporate or local HR initiatives

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor or masters degree (in economic or human resources area)
  • At least 1-2 years’ work experience in HR or very similar position
  • Fluent written and verbal English and Hungarian skills are needed
  • Very good digital, IT and analytical skills
  • High level of precision, system-based approach, 
  • Good problem solving and communication skills, 
  • Structured, reliable person 
  • Good team player who is able to cooperate with leadership team
