Hr Specialist

  • Develop and implement HR systems, processes, and policies
  • Human resource planning
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening,
  • interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate programs
  • Establish and oversee performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
  • Develop and manage competitive salary structures and benefit programs

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in HR roles
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation in Hungary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ms office
