You will be responsible for:
- Lead the Employee and Manager Service Team as first point of contact for all related HR requests from the DACH region
- Ensure delivery of efficient, and consistent employee experience and customer satisfaction
- Participate actively in HR projects as well as support in the further development of HR-relevant structures/processes
- Drive HR Services standards, processes and policies across the regional HR Operations
- Take responsibility for allocating respective resources, ensuring that all services are fully covered all time and managing performance/efficiency targets
