Responsibilities

Come and join our HR Services team and delight our internal customers by understanding their challenges and delivering real solutions, proactively. As an HR Services Intern you will be responsible for the execution of customer facing duties within the talent acquisition and administration work streams within HR Services.
Your Key Deliverables:
  • Processing new hires, promotions, employee status changes, and other employee lifecycle events in Eaton systems
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Ensuring that all necessary documents and approvals have been received and information is entered accurately
  • Resolving errors related to job or employee information
  • Coordinating data entry into third party systems where not automated
  • Answering employee’s queries about HR related issues
  • Preparing reports
Working hours: Monday to Friday, at least 25-30 hours of work per week
Workterm: Long-term.

Requirements

  • Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish (C1)
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong attention to details
  • Proactivity and reliability

Nice-to-have

  • Business studies background is an advantage

  • Under the new regulation, young people (under the age of 25) will not be paying the 15% personal income tax in Hungary starting from 2022.
  • Young people can take advantage of the income tax benefit until the month they reach the age of 25.
  • If the gross salary is higher than HUF 576, 601 we will have to deduct the 15% personal income tax from the salary.
