We are looking for an HR Process Improvement Specialist  to join our prestigious partner who is a world leading multinational electronics company. 


The focus of the position is implementing, and also developing HR processes such as:

Plan and organize Employee Engagement Programs in order to improve employee satisfaction

throughout the year

Support in preparing company guides to secure the health and safety of the employees, communicate

guideline to employees, status follow-up and preparing frequent reports

Propose and carry-out HR process improvements within Learning and Development; Talent Management; Employee Appriciation; Voice of employee communication channels, etc.

Administration of documents, system registrations


Support the executives within Travel and Hotel Management is also part of the role:

Find the best schedule for management’s business trips, book flight tickets through agency

Renew partner contracts, communicate proactively with requesters


Elvárások / Requirements

Experienced in any of above major responsibilities and in HR process development

College/University degree is advantage

Fluent English Hungarian communication

Good Excel competence

Flexibility

Solution-oriented approach

Customer service mindset

Ability to manage external providers
