HR Business Partner/Junior HR Manager
We are seeking a motivated HR Business Partner for our partner who is one of the well-known global automotive importers in Hungary.
- You work in various strategic and operational areas of HR – from reporting tasks to employer branding and talent management.
- You actively participate in national and international HR projects.
- You take on the operational day-to-day business with general HR administrative tasks.
- You identify and activate the most suitable channels for the selection process.
- You create relationship with universities and participate at events.
- You contribute to create a good working environment among staff, promoting the values of the company.
- Completed university studies with focus on HR/personnel management.
- At least 3 years proven experience in the field of HR.
- Strong communication skills and out-of-the-box mindset.
- A well-structured, efficient and self-reliant way of working.
- Proactive and the ability to set priorities and to react quickly.
- Fluent Hungarian and good command of English is a must.
- Automotive industry experience is not required.
