The purpose of the role is to support the employees and managers within a multinational company on a daily basis.

Your new role

  • Support onboarding processes
  • Support the hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Participating in HR events
  • Identify and promote internal and external talents
  • Evaluate training needs and organise trainings accordingly
  • Participate to defining compensation & benefits related changes
  • Strengthen employee engagement and retention, lead employee satisfaction survey
  • Update management and associates about organisational changes
  • Provide support to People Managers in HR related questions, communicate effectively with all level of associates
  • Support business strategy from HR side
  • Preparation of HR administration
  • Participate in policy improvement 
  • Consultation with team leaders and managers

What you'll need to succeed

  • University/College degree in Human Resources or with HR faculty
  • 2-3 years of experience in Senior HR Generalist or HR Business Partner position
  • Native Hungarian and fluent English knowledge
  • Advanced IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Professional labour law knowledge
  • Proactivity, excellent facilitation, coaching, influencing, presentation and communication skills
