MOL Plc. Human Resources Management MOL organization is seeking a new staff member for the following position:  


Scope of the position:  

  • Provide support to MOL Petrochemicals in delivering the main HR processes (Recruitment, Performance Management, Career Management, Learning & Development, etc.).
  • Support planning & roll out of strategic projects from professional HR perspective.
  • Ensure that all the employment procedures are performed in line with relevant legislation and company regulations for employees in scope.


  • Collaborate with the Recruitment team in ensuring efficient Recruitment & Selection processes in order to provide high quality workforce in time
  • Ensure that all supporting actions related to employment, contract changes and terminations are timely implemented
  • Support Change management and organizational change and design, translating business needs to HR actions
  • Support leaders in managing efficient performance and development plans as well as in creating feedback culture and represent it during every day work
  • Support Skill Development of the given function by providing coaching and facilitation support for the management as well as strengthening talent management via MOL Group’s HR processes, tools and projects
  • Drive action plans together with the leader in order to improve employee satisfaction


  • College or University degree
  • Fluent English and Hungarian
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel

  • Agile, assertive communication, strong stakeholder management skills
  • Driving licence and practice – Category B
