The new colleague will be responsible for the following:

• Alignment with Management within one biggest department of the DT Group
• Participation in Management meetings
• Being the chain who is connecting the Management with other locations, for finding right resource within the DT Group
• Managing the hiring process of new colleagues (ensuring of proper Service Agreement administration, ensuring to have Purchase Orders on place)
• Being the central person for communication among central & outsourcing locations

   

Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of relavant experience in admin, coordination and/or HR field
• Fluent German knowledge ang reliable English language skills
• Proven track record of excellent systematic way of thinking and communication
• Energetic and emphatic personality
