Your new company:

Our partner, who is a leading energy technology company currently seeking an HR Support Associate into their HR team to support their employees in France and Switzerland with French language knowledge.

Your main tasks will be: 

Administrating all new promotions, hires, employee status changes

Process employee lifecycle events, contracts, pay changes

Scheduling interviews

Creating HR process documents

Answering employee’s matters about HR related issues

What you'll need to succeed:

0-3 years’ experience in HR (L&D, HR admin)

Fluent English and French communication skills

Basic Excel knowledge

Problem solving attitude, organisational skills

Attention to detail
