As a member of the Shared Services team, you will support with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the People function, as well as handling first level queries from employees and managers. Critical to the maintenance of internal records, the Customer Service Associate supports every aspect of the People function through execution of process in a compliant and timely manner.
HR Advisor (German speaking)
·Manage incoming case load and ensure compliance to relevant service level agreements
·Maintain lifecycle process and governance for all employee events from hire to offboarding
·Prepare contracts of employment and employment related correspondence, including staff transfers, salary changes, higher duties/secondment and confirmation of employment letters
·Process renewal of contracts, local work permits (where applicable), and probation records
·Ensure employee files are up to date and accessible to HR professionals
·Manages employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes and ensures compliance to local and global compliance
·Coordinates with local Payroll to ensure correct payroll processing
·Carry out People Services activities in accordance with internal SOPs and statutory requirements
·Monitor and maintain inbound queries to HR through the appropriate work intake system
·1-2 years of working experience in similar role in HR Services
·Fluent in English and German, both oral and written
·Experience of working with ServiceNow and Workday or other similar HR technology is desirable
·Knowledge with Microsoft Office
·Good time management and ability to prioritize
·Strong oral and written communication skills
·Customer-oriented with demonstrated drive and resilience
·Knowledge of HR, labour law is an advantage
