Global RTR Trainer

Global RTR Trainer  to help our employees develop their skills and knowledge related to RTR processes. Your goal will be to discover training need and conduct training sessions. You will play key role to improve quality and SOX compliance with on-the-job education to newly hired employees as well as enhanced education to current employees to keep everyone up-to-date on process changes and improvements.

Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Role

  • Discover training need within RTR organization globally
  • Build annual training plan and training schedule
  • Prepare required training materials and presentations
  • Organize training according to the training schedule and upon need
  • Contribute and Support the standardization of processes through documentation and training
  • Make sure the documentations are in line with the compliance rules and SOX Controls
  • Identify areas for improvement and risks in processes
  • Support process improvements / CI Initiatives and process changes through documentation and training
  • Creation and Revision of Competency checks
  • Build training site and maintain
  • Act as Super User
  • Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training

Requirements:

  • College or university degree preferably in finance/accountancy
  • ACCA and/or Chartered Accountant qualification is an advantage
  • Minimum 4-5 years proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role preferably in financial area
  • Understanding of SOX and Compliance matters related to RTR processes
  • Understanding of the RTR processes and their connections with other functions
  • Strong financial and accounting knowledge (US GAAP and/or IFRS)
  • High confidence to interact with multiple level of leadership up to Executive Management
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • SAP and MS Office knowledge
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding presentation skills and stakeholder management, “Putting the client first” approach
  • Self-motivated and have ability to work with limited supervision in fast-paced environment
