Pozíció leírása:Analyze and develop business processes and systems to support global HR, in areas of eRecruitment, Performance Management and HR Services;
Work together with global IT colleagues who develop the systems;
Coordinate the implementation, testing and deployment of ERP HR module (IFS) and the HR expert system;
Localize the new global templates and implement the new systems globally;
Provide support to HR professionals and IT teams, so they will use the system fully and professionally;
Maintain the documentation and make training materials for the future users of the system;
Ensure the quality and compliance of the systems.Követelmények: Relevant experience in HR related areas where you implemented or coordinated implementation of HR systems;
As you will work in a global team, colleagues from all of the world (the size of the company is about 3200 employees, in 40 countries), very strong English and communication skills will be a must;
