German Speaking HR Coordinator



Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Providing request resolution for employees and managers as well
  • Initiating of process improvements and developing HR functions
  • Carrying out administrative tasks
  • Solve simple transactions in Workday system
  • Keeping contact with global partners
  • Support employee queries in HR related topics (cafeteria, holidays, etc.)
  • Fluency in English and German
  • College/University degree
  • Experience in customer experience field (1-2 years)
  • HR process knowledge gained in multinational environment means huge advantage!
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Advanced time management skills
