German and English Speaking IT Help Desk Technician

• Start On-Site, Go Hybrid: Spend your first 3 months on-site in the X. District office before transitioning to a flexible hybrid setup in XIII. District.
• Be the First Line of Defense: Manage Level 1 incidents for workstations and office IT systems.
• Guide and Resolve: Respond to user calls, understand their issues, and walk them through resolutions—or take control remotely if needed.
• Diagnose Like a Pro: Pinpoint hardware and software problems, coordinating with specialized teams when escalation is necessary.
• Fix and Test: Replace faulty components, perform functionality checks, and ensure everything is back to normal.
• Keep it Organized: Document interventions and seamlessly hand off cases to other departments when required.

• Strong Windows OS expertise and fluency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with messaging systems and incident management platforms.
• Experience with remote support tools? Big bonus!
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to turn frustrated users into happy ones.
• Excellent communication skills—clear, approachable, and solution-focused.
• Language Proficiency: You’re fluent in English and German, ensuring seamless communication.
