About the job
- support any HR related queries via phone and email
- keep daily contact with the employees
- resolve HR related issues within the total employee life cycle
- provide technical support for self-service tools if necessary
- run HR admin processes belonging to the helpdesk function
- advise employees on processes and policies
- fluent French and confident English knowledge
- experience in a service desk or HR helpdesk environment is an advantage
- customer focused mindset
- excellent problem solving and communication skills
- trustful and precise work ethic
- you enjoy working as part of a team
