Bilfinger Tebodin is part of the global industrial service provider Bilfinger SE.
Task:
- Identifying recruitment channels and sourcing candidates using all available tools, managing recruitment pipelines through every stage
- Building strong relationship with representatives of different universities and career offices
- Supporting HR processes connected to employee’s life cycle in the organization (hiring & onboarding etc.)
Expectation:
- At least 3 years of experience with effectively sourcing, interviewing and hiring candidates for various levels of engineering / construction positions
- University Degree, preferable in Human Resources, Psychology or similar
- MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Teams)
- Fluent English
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Team player mindset
- SAP-Success Factors experience would be a plu
