Financial & Logistics operations coordinator (KH_103607)

Our Budapest based partner company is arranging offices and "non-residential" properties e.g. concert/performance halls, providing redesign in terms of interior, office installations for hybrid working, furniture rental and office moving. 
If you have analytical mindset, experience in financial support and logistics and would like to work independently, coordinating and controlling projects from a finance point of view, do not hesitate to apply with your English CV! 

Main responsibilities, tasks:

In this key role you will coordinate the financial and logistical aspects of ongoing projects by organising shipments,  managing supplier and customer invoices, banking, cashiering and the preparation of bookkeeping.
  • Relationship management: liaising with manufacturers, lawyers, project coordinators
  • Working closely with the accounting and payroll for preparing documentations
  • Reading and interpreting the contracts from a financial point of view
  • Checking the financial plan for each projects
  • Keeping financial records (eg. supplier & cusotmer invoices, advanced payment, statement statistics)
  • Checking projects' pricing supporting documents (eg. tender projects)
  • Cash flow
  • Preparation of quotations, price lists and recording of discounts for projects
  • Weekly meetings with project managers, logistics and sales team
  • Additional responsibilities: ordering supplies for events and for the office

Required skills:

  • 3-5 years of financial experience in a commercial field
  • College degree in finance / business administration or similiar field
  • Logistics and organisation skills
  • High level business English knwoledge
  • Banking skills
  • Negotiation practice in customer negotiations
  • Independent work attitude
  • Systems thinking, process-oriented and self-monitoring skills
