Our multinational partner company is looking for a talented Payroll Specialist who could participate in end-to-end payroll support for the UK and Irish region and contribute to the work of a team of 3. In this role you could participate in complex processes and use your English skills on a daily basis. What you will be doing:
• Collect and consolidate payroll data
• Submit payroll data to external providers
• Review and adjust payroll calculations
• Generate payroll reports
• Arrange payments to employees
• Handle payroll-related taxes and contributions
• Ensure compliance with audit standards
• Stay updated on local payroll laws
• Communicate legislative changes to business partners
• Build relationships with HR, Finance, and other departments
• Answer employee payroll questions
• Perform additional tasks as needed
Requirements that make you the best candidate:
• English fluency
• College degree is preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in end-to-end payroll, preferably in a multinational environment
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Knowledge of People Soft or other ERP systems is a plus
• Good communication skills, attention to details
