Customer Service Representative (Night Shift – Debrecen - On-site)

If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and communicating clearly, this night-shift Customer Service role might be perfect for you!
As part of our friendly, international team, you’ll handle customer requests mostly via phone, but occasionally through chat, and email – directly from our office at night. We’ll count on you to make every interaction smooth, helpful, and positive.

What you’ll do

• Assist customers and partners with product or technical questions
• Handle calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and empathy
• Troubleshoot issues, track cases, and make sure customers get clear solutions
• Escalate requests to the right teams when needed
• Follow data privacy and security rules
• Collaborate and communicate positively with your teammates

What we’re looking for

• You’re customer-focused, calm, and solution-oriented
• You speak and write English fluently
• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and quick to learn
• You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office tools
• You already have some experience in Customer Service or a BPO role — or you’re eager to build it!

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college studies preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Availability to work night shifts on-site in our office

Working mode and location

• Schedule: Night shift - from 15:00 to 00:00 (There is night shift allowance in this position.)
• Location: This is an onsite position, and we are based in Debrecen, Vezér strt. 39. (4032)
