Your tasks will be as an Engineering Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader:
- Fostering and developing close working relationships with new and existing clients and identify their current and future recruitment needs
- Understanding the procedures and requirements of the client’s recruitment processes
- Delivering a world class service that exceeds the client’s expectations
- Growing business through market research, exploring potential opportunities, proactively marketing of candidates, and selling solutions to clients
- Lead the team to hit activity targets, KPIs and sales forecasts
- Coach Co-Members on recruitment best practice to support their development
- Maintain personal performance by achieving personal activity targets and KPIs
Nice to have:
- 3+ years’ experience within recruitment
- Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge
- Open, honest, and fair attitude
- Positive and optimistic
- Self-motivated to perform
