Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Expert

Tasks:

  • build, manage a strong employer brand and analyse KPIs of Employer Branding and social media activities in order to have a strong talent pool
  • create and implement an efficient recruitment strategy
  • manage the talent acquisition process for senior leaders and top managers
  • keep contact with various partners regarding digital recruitment, HR software vendors and job boards
  • manage and monitor the recruitment budget
  • support of the hiring managers (trainings, mentorship) in connection with the talent acquisition

Our Partner, who is a manufacturer and distributor of the products as well, has a significant role in the agriculture industry and now we are looking for an EMPLOYER BRANDING & TALENT ACQUISITION EXPERT to join their team!

The focus of the position is to build a strong employer brand on a group level and to create, implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy for a specific region.

If you have at least 8-10 years experience in the field of HR - especially in recruitment and employer branding, if you speak fluent English and you already worked in an international environment, we are looking for YOU!

Skills:

  • master’s degree in Psychology, HR or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in the field of HR, especially in Employer branding and recruitment
  • fluent English
  • international/regional experience in managing employer branding and talent acquisition
  • excellent communications and project management skills
  • proactive, adaptive and dynamic personality
