Our multinational partner with an information technology background is expanding its team with an experienced EMEA Recruitment Specialist.
The EMEA Recruitment Specialist is responsible for covering Recruiting for half of the company’s Budapest SSC and will also cover a number of EMEA countries.
You will be responsible for:
- Helping Hiring managers with drafting the job description by providing templates and keeping records of job description library
- Defining sourcing strategy according to business needs, set up and follow up on relationship with Job boards and Hiring agencies within Global sourcing guidelines
- Working on the first pass of candidate screening and selection (in collaboration with the Researcher)
- Selecting candidates, setting up interviews with Hiring managers and other defined interviewers
- Providing Hiring managers and HR Business Partner with final recommendation of candidates
- Recommending offers to be made and work with the HR Business Partner to define final offer to be presented to the candidate
- Helping with setting-up the on-boarding process
