Our multinational partner with an information technology background is expanding its team with a HR Administration Specialist (Payroll).
The HR Payroll Specialist is responsible for coordinating and processing all HR administration tasks related to the payroll processes and joint point of contact with all employees regarding payroll queries for the countries he/she is responsible for.
You will be responsible for:
- Help standardizing Payroll Process across all entities for Processing, Accounting & payments
- Main contact for outsourced payroll solution
- Collate and communicate Monthly Payroll data to the payroll service provider
- Checking mid-month payments (leavers & sick leavepayments)
- Supporting processes related to the entry and exit cases ofemployees
- Processing paper based inputs for payroll
- Keeping daily contact with the payroll company
