JOB SUMMARY:
Purpose of the position is to provide professional HR operations support to all global organizations, HR teams, managers and employees. As a Global HR Operations Administrator you will be a member of the Shared Services HR Support team. You will be responsible for managing the employee life-cycle and HR related requests received from the employees, managers and HR colleagues from all regions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Ensure that processes and procedures are integrated and actions taken are in accordance with the requirements of the overall functional strategy.
•Maintain the data in HR systems (mainly in Success Factors)
•Facilitating and coordinate HR processes across the organization, both within the Success Factors system and outside of it.
•Assist the centralization of HR operational work globally by supporting transactional initiatives.
•Maintain and develop knowledge related to the requirements of the Success Factors system.

REQUIREMENTS:

•Full-time university student status is compulsory.
•Available at least 25-30 hours/per week.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Intermediate English language capability.
•Attention to details is a must.
