Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute processes to ensure excellent employer branding and employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement a roadmap to enhance workforce involvement and foster a culture of dialogue through feedback management.
  • Collaborate with business leads to execute a clear Employer Branding, Cultural, and Communication roadmap.
  • Manage end-to-end employee and customer surveys, providing analysis to senior stakeholders.
  • Guide local employee ambassador groups and manage internal communication, employer branding, and change management activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and participate in company-wide initiatives related to Employer Branding, Employee Experience, Change Management, and Cultural activities.


Required skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Internal Communications and Employer Branding.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with image and video editing software (preferably in Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Experience with Social Media content creation and analytics.
  • Experience with Internal Communication.
  • Excellent communications skills.
